Quick Overview

FX Blizz Indicator MT4 is a plug-and-play tool for MetaTrader 4 that helps traders follow the trend with clear on-chart signals. FX BLIZZ MT4 TRADING SOFTWARE uses dynamic background for filtering the trades. Software provides two different modes for any type of trader. The goal is to keep chart reading simple so that you can focus on the price rather than on complicated set-ups.

“You can use it for typical day trading, scalping or even swing trading.”

Whether you trade a five-minute chart on EUR/USD or hold a position on gold for a week, this indicator aims to bring structure to your decisions.

Why Simplicity Matters in Trading

Many new traders jump from one system to another, chasing perfect entries. In the process they clutter their charts with moving averages, oscillators, and scripts that sometimes give mixed messages. The FX Blizz Indicator MT4 avoids this trap:

• One visual background filter keeps you aligned with the dominant direction.
• Clear arrows and alerts remove guesswork about entry points.
• A double color confirmation method helps reduce early or late entries.

Simple layouts can:

1. Reduce analysis fatigue.
2. Speed up decision making.
3. Help you apply rules consistently.

Main Features of the FX Blizz Indicator MT4

“Focus on what is really important, join and follow the trend in the simplest form!”

Dynamic Background Filter Explained

The first layer of the indicator shades your chart:

• Green Background – The trend bias is up.
• Red Background – The trend bias is down.

How it helps:

1. Filters trades so you only buy when the background is green and only sell when it is red.
2. Keeps your mind from second-guessing small pullbacks that go against the main move.
3. Works across timeframes from M1 to D1 without extra tweaking.

The algorithm behind the shading relies on a blend of moving averages and recent price levels, but you don’t need to understand the math. What matters is respecting the color.

Double Color Confirmation in Practice

After the background sets the direction, a second color code highlights potential entry candles:

• Blue Arrow or Dot during green background = possible buy.
• Orange Arrow or Dot during red background = possible sell.

Why two colors?

• Act as a final checkpoint before a trade.
• Make charts readable at a glance.
• Form a clear rule you can write in a trading journal.

Two Built-In Modes: Pick Your Style

FX BLIZZ MT4 TRADING SOFTWARE uses dynamic background for filtering the trades. Software provides two different modes for any type of trader. These sit in the settings panel:

1. Mode 1 – Conservative
   • Requires both background and confirmation arrow to agree for a set number of candles.
   • Aims to avoid whipsaws in sideways periods.
   • Good for beginners and for higher-timeframe swing trades.
2. Mode 2 – Aggressive
   • Gives earlier entries, often one candle after background shift.
   • Suitable for scalpers who want more trade frequency.
   • May produce more signals, so extra risk filters (ATR stop, session times) are recommended.

Switch between modes without reinstalling by going to Indicators List → FX Blizz → Inputs → Mode.

Using FX Blizz Indicator for Scalping, Day Trading, and Swing Trading

Below is a practical rundown on applying the indicator across three popular approaches.

1. Scalping (1- to 5-Minute Charts)

• Mode: Aggressive.
• Session: Focus on London or New York opens for higher volatility.
• Stops: 5-10 pips beyond last swing.
• Targets: 1:1 or 1.5:1 risk–reward, or exit at opposite background color.
• Tip: Use a spread filter—skip pairs with spreads larger than half your target.

2. Day Trading (15- to 30-Minute Charts)

• Mode: Conservative.
• Session: Trade first two hours of each major session.
• Stops: Above / below most recent minor swing (usually 15-25 pips).
• Targets: Previous day high/low or 2:1 risk–reward.
• Tip: Combine with a daily pivot indicator to mark logical exit points.

3. Swing Trading (H4 to Daily Charts)

• Mode: Conservative recommended, but Aggressive can catch early reversals.
• Stops: Use the ATR(14) value multiplied by 1.2 for some breathing room.
• Targets: Next major support/resistance, weekly pivot, or a fixed 3:1 risk–reward.
• Tip: Check the economic calendar before holding over a high-impact news event.

Reading and Acting on Trade Signals of FX Blizz Indicator

Below is a basic checklist you can keep on a sticky note:

1. Is the background green for buys or red for sells?
2. Did the arrow in matching color appear?
3. Has the candle that produced the signal closed?
4. Is the spread reasonable (especially in exotic pairs)?
5. Do economic releases line up within the next hour?
6. Is risk within your daily limit (often capped at 2 % of account)?

If all boxes are ticked, place the order:

Buy Stop / Sell Stop
Entry: 1 pip above (buy) or below (sell) the signal candle
Stop-loss: Last minor swing + buffer
Take-profit: 1.5–3× the stop or next support/resistance level

Built-in alerts help here. You can select:

• Pop-up + Sound (default)
• Push Notification to your phone
• Email Alert through MT4’s SMTP settings

Risk Management Basics with FX Blizz Indicator

Trading without a plan often leads to random outcomes. A few ground rules:

• Risk a fixed percent of capital—commonly 0.5 % to 2 % per trade.
• Trade a maximum of three signals per session to avoid over-trading.
• Keep a journal: screenshot each trade with background color, arrow, entry, exit, and reason for closing.
• Review the journal every weekend and note if the background filter kept you on the right side of the market.
