1. What Is ALGO AI EA?

ALGO AI MC EA is an Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 4 that automates trading across forex, indices, metals, cryptocurrencies, and oil. The robot—also called Algo Ai MC—uses more than 30 proprietary algorithms to find entry points and always places a fixed stop-loss, so every trade starts with a clear, pre-defined risk.

Key points at a glance:

Because of the strict risk rules, ALGO AI MC EA is popular with private traders and proprietary trading firms that must stay within tight drawdown limits.

2. How the 30+ Entry Algorithms Work

ALGO AI MC EA does not rely on a single indicator. Instead, it blends more than 30 small algorithms. Think of them as “mini-filters.” A trade goes live only if several filters align, stacking the odds in your favor.

Main Components

1. Trend Filter – Checks the medium-term direction (21-period EMA vs. 55-period EMA).
2. Volatility Check – Measures ATR to avoid flat markets.
3. Session Filter – Makes sure trades open only during liquid hours.
4. Pattern Match – Looks for specific candle shapes or price patterns.
5. News Filter – Pauses entries during high-impact events (Fed, ECB, NFP, etc.).

Because each piece is independent, you get more robust signals than with a single indicator EA.

3. Fixed Stop-Loss: Why It Matters

Many EAs “scale in,” “average down,” or run no stop at all. ALGO AI MC EA does the opposite:

• Every position opens with a hard stop.• Stop distance adapts to volatility, but risk stays capped at 0.2 % of equity.• The stop never widens after entry—no hidden martingale.

A fixed stop-loss means:

1. You always know the worst-case result.
2. Drawdown stays low, which is ideal for funded accounts.
3. Psychology improves because you avoid surprise losses.

4. Risk and Money Management Settings

Below is a quick guide to core inputs. Feel free to tweak, but stay within the recommended limits:

Pro Tip: If you are running a 100 k FTMO account, 0.2 % risk equals 200 USD per trade. That leaves room for multiple positions while staying below the 5 % daily drawdown cut-off most prop firms impose.

5. Markets You Can Trade

ALGO AI EA works best on liquid pairs and indices:

Forex

• EURUSD
• GBPUSD
• USDJPY
• AUDUSD

Indices

• UK100 (FTSE)
• US500 (S&P 500)

Metals & Energy

• XAUUSD (Gold)
• XAGUSD (Silver)
• OIL (WTI or Brent, check your broker symbol)

Crypto

• BTCUSD

Tip: Stick with brokers that offer tight spreads and allow Expert Advisors. Check our broker comparison guide for a shortlist.

6. Installing ALGO AI EA on MetaTrader 4

1. Download the EA file (.ex4) from the vendor or your prop-firm portal.
2. Open MT4 → File → Open Data Folder → MQL4 → Experts.
3. Paste the file, then restart MT4.
4. Drag ALGO AI EA from the Navigator onto an H1 chart.
5. Tick “Allow live trading” in the Common tab.

7. Recommended Inputs and Presets

Below are starter presets for popular markets. You can copy these into a .set file or enter them manually.

EURUSD H1

RiskPerTrade=0.2
TrailingStop=25
TakeProfit=40
VolumeStep=0
RecoveryMode=true
SessionStart=07:00
SessionEnd=20:00

XAUUSD H1

RiskPerTrade=0.15
TrailingStop=80
TakeProfit=150
RecoveryMode=true
SessionStart=06:00
SessionEnd=18:00

Note: Gold is more volatile, so the stop is larger in points but equal in monetary risk.

8. Smart Recovery Function Explained

“Recovery” often sounds like martingale, but here it is not. ALGO AI EA’s recovery system does two things:

1. Checks whether the last stopped-out trade aligns with a fresh signal.
2. If new conditions match, it opens a new trade with the same risk.

There is no doubling of lot size. The goal is to cover a loss by taking advantage of mean-reversion or momentum that re-appears after a stop-hunt. Over time, this can pull the account back to equity highs without extra risk.

9. Best Time Frames and Trading Sessions

• Default Time Frame: H1. Internal tests show the algorithms are tuned for 60-minute candles, balancing noise and speed.• Sessions:– London (07:00–10:00 GMT) for forex majors.– New York open (13:00–16:00 GMT) for indices and gold.– Avoid rollover (23:00–00:00 GMT) because spreads widen.

Tip: If you must run the EA 24/5, keep the News Filter on to sidestep high-impact announcements.

10. Using ALGO AI EA for Prop-Firm Challenges

Most prop firms (FTMO, MyForexFunds, The Funded Trader) require:

• Max daily drawdown: 5 %• Max total drawdown: 10 %• Consistent position sizing

Because ALGO AI EA

• Caps risk at 0.2 % per trade
• Limits margin to 3 % of equity
• Blocks dangerous strategies (no grid, hedge, or martingale)

…it fits the rule book. Just double-check that automated trading is allowed. Some prop firms need you to mark trades as EA-driven in the portal.

11. Troubleshooting and FAQ

Q: The EA shows a sad face icon. What now?A: Enable AutoTrading in the MT4 toolbar and allow DLL imports in the EA settings.

Q: Why did the EA skip NFP Friday?A: The News Filter blocks trades during high-impact U.S. data. Either accept it or disable News Filter (not advised).

Q: Can I change the time frame?A: You can, but results are not optimized outside H1. If you want to experiment, back-test first.

Q: What VPS specs do I need?A: 1 CPU, 1 GB RAM, and latency under 5 ms to your broker server is enough. We compare VPS options here.
