What Is ProTm Advance AI Magic Number?

ProTm Advance AI Magic Number is an MT5 Expert Advisor (EA) built for traders who focus on short-term binary options. The EA studies each candle’s body size, wick length, and closing price, then assigns three simple “magic numbers” that describe market mood:

• Green – Buyer strength
• Black/White – Overall strength (trend continuation or hesitation)
• Red – Seller strength

By watching these numbers over the last few candles, the EA highlights high-probability 1-minute or 5-minute directions. Instead of juggling dozens of indicators, you receive clear, color-coded hints rooted in candle psychology.

For traders who prefer straightforward signals backed by depth of analysis, the EA offers a balanced approach: machine speed plus human-readable cues.

How the “Magic Numbers” Work

1. Data Capture
   • The EA looks at tick data on MT5 in real time.
   • Price action and candle structure feed an internal AI model.
2. Sentiment Weighting
   • Wick-to-body ratio, volume burst, and spread are given numeric weights.
   • Points are summed for buyers and sellers separately.
3. Output Generation
   • Buyer strength → Green number
   • Seller strength → Red number
   • Net of the two → Black/White number
4. Signal Confirmation
   • At least two conditions must support the same trade direction
   • If one of them weakens, the EA stays flat

Because the numbers are normalized, you can compare back-to-back candles with ease and spot subtle shifts that often come just before a reversal or continuation.

Understanding Candle Psychology and Price Action

Candle psychology looks at what buyers and sellers did inside a single time slice. A candle with…

• Long lower wick → buyers stepped in late
• Long upper wick → sellers pushed price down late
• Small body → quiet tug-of-war or indecision
• Large body closing near high → dominant bulls

ProTm Advance AI Magic Number quantifies those hidden actions. By translating shapes into numbers, the EA removes the need to memorize dozens of patterns such as “Hanging Man,” “Shooting Star,” or “Marubozu.” Still, understanding why the EA calls for a “Green > 70” reading helps when you want to customize settings.

Trading Patterns the EA Can Spot

1. Bullish Continuation Compound

• A series of rising greens where each Buyer Strength climbs.
• Overall Strength remains above 60.
• Seller Strength lagging below 30.
• Action: EA suggests CALL at the open of the next candle.

2. Bearish Continuation Compound

• Mirror of the bullish version, focusing on red dominance.
• Action: PUT trade.

3. Bullish Divergence Reversal

• Price makes lower lows, but Buyer Strength posts higher lows.
• Strong indication bears are tiring.
• Action: Short-term CALL for reversal.

4. Bearish Divergence Reversal

• Opposite of the bullish divergence.
• Action: Short-term PUT trade.

5. Neutral Consolidation Breakout

• Overall Strength clusters near 50 for several candles.
• Sudden spike in either Green or Red.
• EA delays until second candle confirms direction.

Risk Management Rules Built Into the EA

1. Max Trade Size: 5 %
   • Defaults to 1 % for cautious traders.
   • Can be raised by seasoned users but capped at 5 % hard limit.
2. Daily Target and Stop
   • Hit your pre-set target? The EA blocks new trades and prints a reminder on-screen.
   • Same for daily max drawdown.
3. Compounding Toggle
   • If enabled, stake size adjusts upward only after a winning streak.
   • Automatically reverts after a loss to avoid snowballing risk.
4. Time Filter
   • You can block low-liquidity sessions (e.g., just before major news).
5. Emotional Guardrail
   • Each new signal prompt includes the text “Check risk% before confirming.”
   • Forces manual double-check for any manual confirmation mode.

Creating Your Own “Sure Shot” Signal Checklist

Although the EA gives trade prompts, many traders like to keep a personal checklist before clicking “Buy” or “Sell.” Below is an example you can copy or adjust:

1. Is Buyer or Seller Strength > 70?
2. Is Overall Strength pointing to same direction (> 55)?
3. Candle body bigger than previous candle?
4. Market not near high-impact news (check Forex Factory Calendar)
5. In risk settings, current trade < 3 % of balance?

If all answers are “yes,” take the trade. If any item fails, skip and wait for the next setup. Consistency usually beats volume in binary options.

Sample Trade Walk-Through (1-Minute Binary Call)

Below is a simplified real-time example on EUR/USD during the London session.

A single quick trade, coupled with the risk cap, helps the trader inch toward the day’s 3 % target without overshooting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I use ProTm Advance AI Magic Number on other timeframes? The EA is optimized for 1-minute and 5-minute charts. On higher frames it will still print numbers, but pattern recognition and back-tests have only been validated on short-term windows.

Q2: Do the magic numbers repaint? The numbers lock once the candle closes, so historical data is reliable. What you see in hindsight is what the EA showed in real time at close.

Q3: Can I run the EA on a VPS?Yes. In fact, a low-latency VPS keeps tick data consistent, especially if you mirror trades to a separate binary options broker.

Q4: Does the EA place trades automatically? You can choose.

• AutoMode = true → EA places trades within your risk limits.
• AutoMode = false → EA displays a pop-up; you decide.

Q5: What markets work best?Major pairs like EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and USD/JPY with spreads under 1.5 pips. Crosses and exotic pairs may create wider wicks and less reliable readings.
