Quick Overview of Gorilla EA

What Is Gorilla EA?

Gorilla EA is a powerful algorithm developed by a team of experienced traders and programmers. In plain words, it is software that runs inside MetaTrader and places trades for you. The code watches price charts 24/7, spots patterns, and decides when to get in or out.

Because the EA follows strict rules, it avoids emotional errors that human traders can make after a long day at the screens.

Note: “EA” stands for Expert Advisor, the MetaTrader term for an automated trading robot.

How the Algorithm Works of Gorilla EA

Gorilla EA uses advanced algorithmic trading technology to analyze price action and market conditions. The developers combine:

• Complex mathematical models
• Neural-network filters
• Classic technical indicators (moving averages, RSI, ATR)

The result is a multi-layer decision engine that can:

1. Scan tick-by-tick data in milliseconds
2. Score each possible trade on a probability scale
3. Open or close positions with optimized lot size

Because the code is light on computer resources, the EA runs well even on a basic virtual private server (VPS).

Key Features of Gorilla EA at a Glance

1. Multiple Trading Strategies

• Scalping during quiet sessions for small, quick gains
• Trend following when the market starts to move
• Mean reversion in choppy, range-bound conditions

2. Flexible Position Sizing

Automatically adjusts lot size to balance risk and reward based on:

• Current account balance
• User-defined risk percentage
• Recent trade results

3. Stealth Mode Trading

The EA hides stop-loss and take-profit levels from the broker until the last possible moment. This lowers the chance of premature order triggers.

4. Detailed Backtesting

Built-in reports show:

• Profit factor
• Drawdown
• Win rate
• Time in market

You can compare different settings over many years of historical data.

5. Regular Updates

Owners get free version upgrades. Version 6 added machine-learning logic that spots high-probability setups earlier than traditional indicators alone.

The Core Strategy Explained for Gorilla EA

Gorilla EA uses a combination of strategies centered around key support and resistance levels.

1. Identify the ZoneThe algorithm maps out price clusters where the market has bounced or stalled in the past.
2. Wait for ConfirmationVolume spikes, candle patterns, and neural-network output confirm a likely move.
3. Choose a Method
   • Range detected → Scalping mode
   • Breakout detected → Trend mode
   • Over-extended move → Mean-reversion mode
4. Set Risk ControlsThe code calculates stop loss, take profit, and trailing stop based on current volatility.
5. Manage the TradeAdaptive exits lock in gains or cut losses quickly.

Because the EA switches methods on the fly, it stays active in most market phases without forcing trades.

Money Management & Risk Control of Gorilla EA

A solid strategy is only as good as its risk management. Gorilla EA implements:

• Fixed or dynamic lot sizing (user choice)
• Hard stop losses on every trade
• Break-even rules once price moves in the trader’s favor
• Daily drawdown guard that pauses trading if losses hit a set figure

This design aims to protect capital during unexpected news events.
