A Quick Look at Crude Oil Robot

“Crude Oil Robot” (often shortened to COR) is a fully automated trading system built exclusively for the XTIUSD pair or any other crude instrument your broker offers. Instead of relying on a generic forex template, COR taps into price drivers that truly move oil—news shocks, supply disruptions, and regional trading patterns. Because of this narrow focus, many users consider it the best oil trading robot in the world.

• Platform: MetaTrader 4 (current version 2.0)
• Timeframe: H1
• Minimum deposit: 3,000 USD (or equivalent)
• Tested lot size: 0.50

👉 Key takeaway: A specialised robot has more room to factor in oil-specific behaviour than a one-size-fits-all EA.

Why Trade Crude Oil With a Dedicated Robot?

Trading crude oil can be rewarding, yet tricky:

• High, often erratic volatility
• Price gaps around inventory data or OPEC headlines
• Market hours that differ from the standard forex session

Manual traders need to watch the screen for long stretches, but a crude-only robot can:

• React in seconds to scheduled or unscheduled events
• Respect unique time windows (e.g., low-liquidity Asian hours)
• Maintain discipline with pre-defined risk limits

For anyone looking to blend human insight with automated execution, Crude Oil Robot offers a ready-made framework.

Essential “Everyday” Functions

While advanced filters grab attention, COR also covers bread-and-butter tasks that every trader needs:

• Fixed or pip-based take profit and stop loss
• Position management and partial close
• Simple grid add-ons for range phases
• Magic number, trade comments, custom trading hours

Installation & First-Run Checklist

Risk Management and Best Practices with Crude Oil Robot

• Use a low-spread account. High spreads can distort stops.
• Start on demo for at least two weeks. Verify fills match the strategy.
• Scale lot size gradually. After three months of stable performance, consider upping the stake.
• Run a VPS with < 100 ms latency to your broker’s server.
• Keep EA and platform updated. COR version 2.0 is pre-loaded with the latest filters.
