We are only dealing with virtual strategy and files which user can use for back test and  we do not involve in any recommendations or suggestions. we  only deal with  digital files and do not do any sort of trading related sessions or service. it is our sole ecommerce venture

When you create an account and accept these terms you become a member of our community. You will have an OnShoppie Account, that will allow you to buy items that can help you to trade effectively

• Our Marketplace at https://onshoppie.com/ allows members to buy Trading softwares like expert advisors, indicators, scripts, systems, courses, trading guides and books. we provide the platform for 3rd parties and buyers to transact directly.  If you have an OnShoppie account, any transactions are logged on your member’s statement, which records the payments made by you to us.

• Some Items uploaded to our platform are not owned by us, we do not claim ownership to all the items posted on this platform, however we have all reseller rights and we ensure that all softwares are optimized for you.

• During your time with us you agree to follow the ground rules outlined in these terms so please read and understand them. If you don’t accept the terms then we’ll be sad, but you will need to leave because your presence on and use of OnShoppie is conditional on your acceptance to be bound by these terms and the whether you become a member or not.

3.We Do Not Provide Miracle Software:

4. Software May Fail:

• Our software are not guaranteed 100% to work forever and for some reason or one another and error may occur, we are constantly trying to provide updates to ensure that you don’t experience this.

5. We Do Not Offer Trading Advice Guidance or Guides of Any Kind:

• We do not provide trading expertise or guidance of any kind, we only offer you software that we have optimized, back tested and are using, using any software on our platform is fully your decision and your decision only!

6. Refunds and Return Policy :

• We do not offer refunds of any kind, for software that have unlimited license, this is because we have no way at the moment, to restrict you from using the product after refund. In the case where a product does not function as demonstrated in our videos, or on the product detailed page, a product swap can be initiated for you by our team for a product of that price range (Terms and Conditions Apply).

7. Software Exchange:

• In the case of a software exchange, an exchange will be initiated only if:

1. The product has an error that causes it not to open trades.
2. Has an Expired License
3. Does not Work at all.
4. Windows 10 or later mandatory
5. VPS windows server should be 2022 minimum

 An exchange will not be initiated for products that are working perfectly fine. or does not open trades or work as a result of your outdated terminal version, your account type, or your account balance or equity.
