6. Refunds and Return Policy :
- We do not offer refunds of any kind, for software that have unlimited license, this is because we have no way at the moment, to restrict you from using the product after refund. In the case where a product does not function as demonstrated in our videos, or on the product detailed page, a product swap can be initiated for you by our team for a product of that price range (Terms and Conditions Apply).
7. Software Exchange:
- In the case of a software exchange, an exchange will be initiated only if:
- The product has an error that causes it not to open trades.
- Has an Expired License
- Does not Work at all.
- Windows 10 or later mandatory
- VPS windows server should be 2022 minimum
An exchange will not be initiated for products that are working perfectly fine. or does not open trades or work as a result of your outdated terminal version, your account type, or your account balance or equity.
